‘…Footpatrol are proud to present our 25th anniversary of the GEL-LYTE III collaboration with ASICS Tiger..!

Inspired by our Logo – the Gas Mask – a symbol of a time of conflict and struggle for many Britons during the World War II and is also a reminder of when people came together when they needed to the most. We took our logo and the meaning of those times, so we applied these ideas within the shoe, the end result; the Footpatrol x ASICS Tiger GEL-LYTE III ‘Squad’.

The Footpatrol GEL-LYTE III is a premodinately rich olive branch colourway with gold and black accents throughout. The sneaker uses perforated pidskin on the upper and black suede on the interior medial upper. The exterior medial upper has gold reflective back behind the olive coloured suede and features ‘Footpatrol’ written out in gold emboss on the heel counter.

Details include a hairy suede songue and soft sand coloured leather lining. The heel tab has a canvas backing detail and the heel counter is embossed with a gold Footpatrol logo. The logo can be found on the sockliner, while ”Footpatrol GEL-LYTE III” is spelled out in Morse code in the laces to round off the theme… ‘
