December 2018 see’s Nike offer the Air Max 1 with a twist, the conventional rubber outsole plate has been ditched in favor of a traditional crepe rubber, a feature not seen on the Air Max 1 since 2010. The outsoles are not the only thing to shout about here, as were treated to an upper that see’s Nike blend supple nubuck, cord & a delicately-luxe chenille embroidered Swoosh and tongue label.

The colourway stakes are strong with a Dark Obsidian/Ocean Bliss/Merlot marriage catching the eye. Elsewhere a combination of golden brown wheat, brown & the smallest smattering of red and pink dress the uppers of the second offering.
